Demi Lovato is back on top! The former Disney darling has managed the rocky transition from TV teen to pop star. Now the 19-year-old is hitting the road on her own, with 10 concerts scheduled from Detroit to New Orleans to Chicago beginning November 16 and ending December 3. While she's got plenty of work ahead of her, for now the "Skyscraper" singer is indulging in a little downtime in Los Angeles. Demi seems to be making it work. The teen queen looks healthier than ever, and her album is a hit. She even has the honor of outselling her ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas' debut solo effort ...
so far. On the days they were released -- her Unbroken on September 20 and his Fast Life on October 11 -- she topped the digital sales chart for most of the day, while Joe has been hanging out at around #9, according to Hollywood Life.
